Get All Four Christopher Reeve Superman Movies On 4K Blu-Ray For Just $65 At Amazon

Fans of the classic Superman films starring Christopher Reeve can add 4K Blu-ray versions of all four to their shelves for cheap thanks to Amazon's Big Deal Days sale. Superman 5-Film Collection: 1978-1987 is on sale for only $65 (was $135). In addition to 4K Blu-ray discs, the set comes with standard 1080p Blu-ray versions of each film. This matches the price Amazon offered during Prime Day in July. This matching Big Deal Days promotion is expected to end alongside the sales event (tonight, October 9, at 11:59 PM PT).

While the rest of the film series hasn't aged quite as well, these are still classic Superman movies and Reeve was effortlessly charming in all of them.

If truth, justice, and a better tomorrow is a little too optimistic for your superhero tastes, you can also check out some of the Batman Blu-rays on sale. The Dark Knight Trilogy directed by Christopher Nolan has been discounted from $71 to just $34, and that's a terrific price for Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises. These are all 4K cuts of the films as well, so you can watch Christian Bale do elbow-based martial arts in ultra-high-definition, and the special features on each disc provide a fascinating glimpse into the psychology of the Caped Crusader.
